“Bonfyah”, the title of the new album, is a symbol of living fire, a bonfire that shines in the night, a place where songs are born, a witness to stories. Giall Man wrote most of the songs within a few months, born from the desire to express words, thoughts, feelings and sensations he felt in those moments, the thrill of starting a new journey and the joy of being able to share it with other artists.There are many topics covered, from the inspirations born during the lockdown on the vision of humanity as a “potential rainbow” in Perilous Time to the mysticism of Signs (in combination with G Ras) up to autobiographical elements such as in Bonfyah and Risi Coi Gò (a piece in Venetian dialect) or dancehall songs like Fatty Girl. The track Alpha & Omega sees the participation of the talented Italian-Senegalese singer Awa Fall.

SHORT BIO
Gianlorenzo Scarpa aka Giallo Man begins an intense live activity by collecting important collaborations with Italian authors such as Ghemon, Esa, Mistaman, Pitura Freska and Africa Unite.
Winning the Rototom Sunsplah Contest in 2005 that helps him get noticed on the international stage, opening the stage for Beenie Man, Horace Andy, Israel Vibration, Twinkle Brothers.
He continues to bring his music to many European capitals, including Dour Festival (Dour, Belgium), Dub Echo (Lyon, France), Reggae Bus (Brussels, Belgium), Sunny Red (Munich, Germany), Dub Academy (Benicassim, Spain), LB27 Reggae Camp (Budapest, Hungary), Christiania Dub Club (Copenhagen, Denmark), Dub der guten Hoffnung (Graz, Austria), Dub Arena (Wroclaw, Poland), Zulu Klub (Valencia, Spain), Zion Station Festival (Ferrara, Italy), Green Light Sound (Barcelona, Spain), Budapest Dub Club (Budapest, Hungary), Barcolana Festival (Trieste, Italy), Piazza S.Marco (Carnival of Venice, Italy).
In 2016 he starts collaborating with several professionals in Jamaica: the Firehouse Crew records the riddim for his album Firehouse Sessions, Ras-I Musique is a guest on Sweet Aroma, G-Ras in Warriah.
In 2017, after recording Heartical SoulJah vinyl for Moa Anbessa, he was invited to the Dub Academy in Spain and Budapest as a guest of Dubapest Hi-Fi.
The 2020 singles are Simple and Jah Riddim ft. Likkle Briggie, the latter produced by Paolo Baldini DubFiles.
