Ragz To Richez Production has teamed up with entertainer Ding Dong on a track titled “Good Gyal.” Officially released in January 2021, the high energy production has been performing well since its release, with its catchy beat and witty lyrics.
“The feedback has been great! I think it will be even greater when we release the video as it is highly anticipated by his fans,” producer Vannesa “Halie” Dixon stated. Not the first collaboration between the two, the pair worked together on the track “Mirrors” which was released in May 2020.
“I’m hoping that this new track will be another summer banger like “Mirror” was for summer 2020 or even better,” the producer expressed.
On the scene since 2016, Dixon has been using her creative style to produce high quality productions with some of the most prolific names in Dancehall.
“I started producing because I love music and I see it as an expressing form of art, how the instrumentals are composed, how the artistes write and deliver their crafts and how the audience reacts to the finishing product. I couldn’t help wanting to contribute to its legacy,” she explained. Among her previous productions are a unique mix of compilations such as Love Lane Riddim, Luxury Life Riddim and Public Figure Riddim, which collectively feature a wide cross section of artists such as Devin Di Dakta, Vershon, Tanto Blacks and upcoming artistes Shremkell, Chad Hype and Kadeem “Kenzic” Wilson.
“I am eclectic so my riddims are a mixture of everything from the party songs to ones about reality. I do Afro Beats, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, you name it,” the producer highlighted.
In the pipeline, the producer has plenty more on her plate, with a slew of new projects lined up to be announced soon.
“I am currently working on a Juggle which I am super excited about. It will be my first Juggle for 2021,” she revealed.
