Popular Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall Selector, DJ Nature Won set to launch his much anticipated radio show called “Heights Of Reggae Dancehall” (HORD) on Dofopa 105.1fm on August 31. This a nouvelle radio magazine to push Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artistes and others from across the globe.
Ras Kuuku, Addi Self, Konkrah Jahvybz are among some of the listed artistes to grace the official launch. Other artistes too are expected to join in, he says.
“The programme will be officially instituted to basically sustain and deepen the attention of Reggae & Dancehall, especially in these times that is has become a household name in Ghana. This is show is meant to educate, entertain, unify the people and bring them under one banner through the power of Reggae/Dancehall music. HORD is a non-political and a full time sound system culture & showbiz programme”, he explained to BeenieWords.com.
He further went on to add that “Heights Of Reggae Dancehall (HORD) radio show is aimed at widening the general fan base for the twin genres, the organizers’ focused quest to finally establish a constantly flourishing music business scene for reggae/dancehall as well as have more stakeholders reap real fortunes off their hard investment.”
The radio show will be running 3 times weekly.
Mondays between 19:00hrs GMT – 21:00hrs GMT
Saturdays between 11:00hrs GMT – 13:00hrs GMT
Sundays between 13:00hrs GMT – 16:00hrs GMT
DJ Nature also doubles as an Official Jock for Ras Kuuku.
