International recording artist, Trimma, has been making moves on the dancehall scene both in the UK and in his home country of Jamaica. Over the past weekend, however, Trimma has dominated the US by topping the iTunes chart with his latest hit, “Monsta“.The track, produced by Trimma and Adrian Carruthers from US production house Krime Music Group (KMG), was released on Wednesday, October 23 but made its debut on the US iTunes Singles Chart on Friday, the 25th. “Monsta” peaked at number 4, staying there until late Sunday night.
While Trimma is no stranger to success in dancehall, he admits that having a track like “Monsta” chart on iTunes is his most memorable achievement.
